Pizza Sauce
This recipe makes enough sauce for up to 12 large pizzas.
- 1 large can of diced Tomatoes

- 4 small cans of Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 cup crushed Garlic
- 4 tablespoon of Sweet Basil
- 3 tablespoons of Oregano
- 2 tablespoons of minced Onions
- 1 tablespoon of Black Pepper
Combine all sauce ingredients into a large pan and bring to a slow boil. Once boiling, cover the pan and simmer for at least 1 hour more to achieve the desired consistency. Depending on toppings being used, you may want the sauce runnier than other times. The usual preference is a thicker pizza sauce that spreads evenly and stays where its placed – i.e. thicker rather than runny.
